The main office for our Surety, Management Liabiity and Specialty Insurance products is located in downtown Manhattan in the World Trade Center (WTC) complex. The WTC represents the spirit of renewal in lower Manhattan. Rebuilt in 2006, the building was the first commercial office building in New York City to receive the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, where it won a gold rating.
