- Product provides outsource underwriters E&O per contract
Protequity Home Equity Loan Insurance
- Product is offered to credit unions and small community banks.
- This product is designed to protect lenders for individual loan defaults on home improvement loans.
Scope of Coverage
Mortgage Service (MSP) Program
- $100,000 per claim / $5,000,000 aggregate
- Premium is incurred one time
Protequity Home Equity Loan Insurance covers:
- $250,000 per claim on all secured loans and $25,000 on unsecured loans / aggregate is 10% of the Outstanding Balance of new loans reported during the policy period
- Premium per loan is incurred on a monthly basis
